Before You Start

  • You are logged into WordPress with an Administrator account.
  • You can open PassiveWP -> My Products.
  • Your affiliate network and destination links are ready.

WordPress Admin -> PassiveWP -> Products -> My Products -> Edit Product

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Step 1: Open My Products, hover a product, and click Edit Product.

Do this In WordPress AdminPassiveWPProductsMy ProductsEdit Product, open the product row menu, click Edit Product, update Product Settings, save, then preview a live post using that product.

Confirm The item should appear/update in My Products and be visible on at least one live page preview.

Step 2: In Product Settings, update title, description, badge, and price details.

Step 4: If needed, regenerate title or description with AI and review before saving.
