These Terms of Service govern use of the PassiveWP website, plugin, checkout, accounts, updates, and related services.
By accessing or using PassiveWP, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and security

Orders, payment, and delivery

Total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by New Mexico law. Exclusive venue is state courts in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, or federal courts in the District of New Mexico.
